All readings are provided for informational, educational, and personal reflection purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. Daivara reports are tools for self-reflection and timing awareness — not directives for action.

By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge that astrological interpretation is a philosophical and cultural tradition, not a predictive science, and that all results are to be used at your own discretion.

All Daivara readings are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic renewals.

Prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Daivara does not store your payment card details at any point.

Your reading is generated immediately after payment confirmation and delivered to your email address within 2 minutes.

Due to the nature of digital content, Daivara operates a strict no-refund policy once a report has been generated and delivered.

The precision of your astrological reading depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth data you provide — date, exact time to the second, and city of birth.

Daivara cannot be held responsible for inaccurate or incomplete readings resulting from incorrect birth data entered by the user. We strongly recommend consulting your birth certificate for the exact time of birth before completing your order.

A difference of even a few minutes can alter the Ascendant, the Chinese hour pillar, and key astrological house placements.

Your Daivara report is generated exclusively for your personal use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or share the content of your report for commercial purposes.

All Daivara platform content — including but not limited to design, algorithms, scoring systems, text, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Daivara and its operators. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Your report is delivered via a secure, protected URL with multiple layers of copy protection. Attempts to circumvent these protections violate these Terms.

Daivara reports are interpretive tools based on ancient astrological traditions. They are not guarantees of any outcome — financial, personal, or professional.

Daivara, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any decision made, action taken, or outcome experienced based on the content of a reading. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for how you interpret and apply the insights provided.

Your birth data — name, date, time, and city of birth — is used exclusively to generate your astrological report. It is stored securely in our database and never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than delivering your reading.

Your email address is used to deliver your report and for transactional communications only. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where Bakeatez Inc. is incorporated. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
